The Oasis Towers condos in Southwest Florida have a single family living among 32 stories with 300 condos.The one family living in the Oasis Towers I condos is the Vangelakos family.
The Oasis Towers were one of five towers to be built in Ft. Myers, Florida. Then the market crashed and only two towers were built.
The Vangelakos family moved into the Oasis Tower I condo units. But they were the only ones who were unable to sell or move to the Oasis Tower II when construction was halted.
Now the Oasis Towers Condo has become and island of silence in the daytime and darkness at night.
Victor Vangelakos, 45, paid $430,000 for a unit in the 32-story Oasis Tower I condo for a vacation getaway and eventually retire. He was unable to work out a deal with his lender to swap his Condo in Oasis Tower II.
Now he wants the developer of the Oasis Tower Condo area to refund his money.
